Greetings, I am Sibi Thirukonda, a graduate student in Data Science at Northeastern University. With several years of experience at Lennox International, a leading HVAC and thermostat company, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional team in integrating Alexa and Apple HomeKit services into the next generation of thermostats. This endeavor aimed to enhance user engagement and support by leveraging smart technologies.

One of my notable achievements was the development and ownership of a machine learning model that accurately identifies Eastern bird species based on their sound, achieving an impressive accuracy rate of 90%. Furthermore, I gained expertise in training Convolutional Neural Networks and Densenet on the CIFAR-10 dataset, attaining accuracy rates of 88% and 98%, respectively. These experiences showcased my proficiency in advanced algorithms and optimization techniques.

Driven by a passion for leveraging my technical skills, I am dedicated to solving complex problems and delivering impactful results. My background in data science combined with my experience in the HVAC industry provides me with a diverse skill set and a unique perspective.
